Hello and Welcome to R&R Therapeutics: Nurse Massage Therapy, PLLC!

My name is Lauren Nester, BSN, RN, LMBT and it is my mission to help my clients in their healing and wellness journey. What sets my practice apart from the rest is the use of my extensive nursing knowledge and my highly skilled and experienced massage skills which have proven themselves through heart-warming client feedback and countless recommendations- which I appreciate more than words can say.

I specialize in various massage and bodywork techniques including, but not limited to, orthopedic/therapeutic techniques, deep tissue, myofascial, stretch therapy, table thai, cupping, and hot stones. I am also certified in medical massage therapy! I particularly enjoy addressing shoulder and hip issues due to the critical thinking involved in their treatment, but I always enjoy any musculoskeletal challenge from head to foot.

Because personalized care and attention to detail are the cornerstone of my business, each session is uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of my clients. After all, listening to my clients and understanding their needs is essential in providing the highest level of care and achieving the best possible outcome for each session.

I am proud to serve the Hampstead area and offer mobile massage services upon direct request, covering areas including Hampstead, Surf City, Topsail, Sneads Ferry, Porter's Neck, Ogden, Figure 8 Island, and possibly Wilmington or Jacksonville with extra fee. Whether you need relaxation or relief from pain and tension, I am here to help you achieve your wellness goals.
